I acknowledge receipt of your dated 2nd September 2009.  I apologise for using out of date letter headed paper and confirm that Mrs Christina Cant is the Chair of Stebbing Parish Council and has been since the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council on 14th May 2009.

 

It is the policy of the Parish Council to hand deliver letters whenever possible in the interest of economy.   Parish Councillors are e.mailed copies of letters written by the Clerk which again is more economic.

 

It is noted that you have forwarded copies of correspondence to the CEO of Uttlesford District Council.
